Complete our Online Quote Request Form
This gives us insight into your priorities for lighting up your property.

Introductory Call
Receive a call from one of our team members. We will discuss the product and price points, and answer any questions you may have.

Receive Formal Quote and/or Live Demo
Once you decided to move forward with a formal estimate, we will get exact measurements of the areas of the home. The first two quotes are free- then we charge $50 per estimate. If you move forward, we credit that $50 to your install amount.

Acceptance of Estimate
Once we receive your 50% non-refundable deposit, we'll promptly order the custom materials for your home and schedule your installation. We operate on a rolling schedule and will provide you with an estimated installation timeframe at the time of confirmation.

Schedule Install
After all materials have been received, we will schedule your installation at a convenient time. The more flexible you can be, the better!

Install Day: What to Expect
You do not need to be home for the entire install, but we do prefer to complete your app training on site- during or upon installation. Please check with your installers and plan accordingly based on your schedule. We may need to complete a virtual app training if your schedule does not allow for us to complete on the day of installation.

How much do permanent lights cost?
The cost depends on the size of your home and the linear footage being covered. Most residential installations range from $3,000 to $15,000. We provide free in-person estimates with no obligation. Financing options are available.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations are completed in a single day. Larger homes or complex layouts may take two days. Our crew handles everything from mounting and wiring to controller setup and app training.
Can I control the lights from my phone?
Yes. Every system includes a Wi-Fi controller and the Gemstone app. You have full control over colors, brightness, patterns, and scheduling. Set timers, save custom scenes, and switch holiday themes with a single tap. Works with Alexa and Google Home.
How do the lights handle Harsh winters?
Our systems are IP68-rated and built for extreme conditions including heavy snow, ice, freezing temperatures, and summer heat. We install across Nebraska and our systems perform flawlessly year after year in the harshest Midwest weather.
