3-Year Labor Warranty
We stand by the quality of our work! Enjoy peace of mind with our 3-year labor warranty. This means that if any labor-related issues arise within three years of your purchase, we'll take care of it at no additional cost. Our skilled technicians are committed to ensuring everything is in perfect working order, providing you with reliable service and support.
Lifetime Product Warranty
The warranty can be transferred once to a new homeowner within the 10-year warranty period, giving them the remaining coverage, up to a maximum of 2 years, if the transfer is completed within 90 days of home possession.
Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of installation for it to be valid, and the warranty does not cover items used outside their intended purpose.

Maintenance
At Halo, we take pride in delivering high-quality, durable lighting systems. Acknowledging that these long-term products may require maintenance and repairs over their lifespan, our dedicated team is committed to providing prompt and efficient responses to all service requests. See below for our pricing on any repairs that may fall outside of your warranty.
Non-Warranty Related Work
General Repair: If your issues is non-warranty related and requires an on-site repair/troubleshoot, fee is $90 for the service call, plus any replacement parts outside of the warranty. Any visit over 1 hour will be billed out per hour at 30 minute increments at $80/hr.
Bulb Replacement: Starts at $25 if you can be flexible on time. Up to $50 for a rushed service.
